In the last few years it seems to have become easier for a computer to become infected with spyware and viruses. The crooks have become more intelligent in writing programs and finding ways to infect our precious machines.

With spyware, adware, and viruses raging more than ever I am not for sure there is one solution that answers all the different needs users have today. I have tested several virus and spyware programs and some find viruses or spyware that the others did not find.

Not to mention that some are as slow as malaises when it comes to scanning your system, which also must be considered. Who has the time to let a virus scanner scan for several hours?

Another thing I have found through my research is many of the companies that sell spyware and viruses removal programs actually plant a non threating tread of some type of virus, spyware or adware on your computer. Most of this occurs if the program allows you to scan your system for free. Once you install the free scanner it then finds these planted viruses or spyware treads and pitches you to buy their program to safely remove the treats.

All in all I don’t think the spyware and virus treats are going away anytime soon. If anything they will probably get worse until some new technology is developed that will find the treats and kill them before they find us.
